Process

A clear step-by-step view of how Alltech Painting plans, protects, prepares, finishes, and reviews this type of project.

Exterior Painting process
1

Exterior inspection

We inspect siding, trim, fascia, caulking, peeling paint, wood condition, and access before scheduling production.

2

Wash and dry window

Exterior surfaces are washed where needed, then allowed to dry before scraping, sanding, priming, and coating.

3

Scrape, sand, caulk, and prime

Failing paint is removed, transitions are sanded, gaps are caulked, and bare areas are primed.

4

Weather-aware painting

Coatings are applied during an appropriate weather window for temperature, moisture, and dry time.

5

Cleanup and exterior review

Masking is removed, the site is cleaned, and exterior details are reviewed before final handoff.
